Learning Objective 1: Attendees will learn about several resources available for live event planners and workers which can help ensure safe shows including AVIXA/ESTA standards, AHJs and the Event Safety Alliance's book.
Learning Objective 2: Attendees will understand the 10/80/10 principle of emergency response (10% of people will be clear headed leaders, 80% will follow as directed, 10% will cause problems) and how they can be in the 10% of leaders.
